Some definitions

FCKLCK is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

We are what the GDPR refers to as the “controller” of your personal data. In concrete terms, this means that FCKLCK, possibly together with other entities, determines the purpose and means for the processing of your personal data.

We do not intend to collect any personal data from persons younger than 16 years old. These minors are not allowed to provide us with any personal data or a statement of consent without permission from the person who has parental authority.
